Parade de Cirque

This painting is from a post-impressionism painter called Georges Seurat. In this painting you can see some characteristics from the post-impressionism art. For example: the use of bright colors vs. dark colors, the use of four main colors and the technique of pointillism that consist of: the painter use tiny dots of primary-colors to generate secondary colors. And also outlined edges.

Now I’m going to describe the painting. You can see a women jumping on a horse, some viewers laughing, a clown that wears a red hat and a red t-shirt, a men with a whip and brown suit, two musicians with violins and a big curtain.
